BUILDING YOUR APPLICATION

The registration package includes 8 pages:

– the cover letter gives you the concept of UNIVIE registration protocol (page 1)

– the registration procedures define the various contractual clauses governing registration (pages 2 and 3)

– the registration file in the form of check boxes defines your profile and aspirations (pages 4 and 5)
– the supplementary document to the application form declines mandatory documents

– your selection criteria are described page 7 and 8

GETTING YOUR APPLICATION FORM

Two different ways to get it:

• you may call and make an appointment with one of the agencies according to your location.
  In this case we write the registration file and establish the membership agreement with you.
• or you call one of the numbers above, indicating that you prefer to receive home the registration form accompanied of the membership agreement that you have already chosen, if appropriate.
  We immediately mail the documents to the address.

Once the registration form and the needed documents are completed, you send them to the address we gave you.

2- registration via internet and univie.fr

you fill out the contact form directly on the website

• you indicate your full name, city, telephone number and email address to obtain an access to the download link (PDF format)
• through this link, you print the file and you carefully fill it with your information
• you gather the required documents
• you send the complete folder (with the civil status documents, photos, etc. we listed for you) to the address indicated on the website

YOUR MEMBERSHIP

• upon receipt of your registration form and after our validation, in the shortest time as possible we send you the membership contract you chose (if necessary we contact you for additional details).
• to finalize our agreement, you send back the signed contract accompanied by the pay check.
• after the legal deadline of 7 days for a possible withdrawal, you receive your personal access code. This code allows you to view all the information about our members. We will also send some form letters to help you to establish your first contacts.
