Administrative procedures to travel to Russia or France

Formalities and bureaucracy are essential whenever you decide to meet your same whether in your country or Russia.

The administrative procedures will be different whether you decide to go to Russia or you are inviting an adherent to visit you in your country.

You fly to Russia

• you must have a passport still valid for a minimum period of 6 months
• you must obtain a visa issued by the consular Russian authorities.
• We can communicate agencies that take in charge obtaining the visa from the consular Russian authorities.

• you need a repatriation insurance witch is essential to obtaining the visa.

Below are the agencies able to issue the certificate of repatriation insurance

• the agency you selected by yourself to obtain your visa
• your bank …most contracts are including this facility.

• your insurer or insurance company … repatriation insurance is normally provided in your

contract liability

IMPORTANT: your bank or insurer must send you the original insurance certificate by mail.

If you are a holder of a bank card, Visa or Mastercard Classic, Premier or Gold card, repatriation insurance is included in your contract. This insurance may also be provided in the liability contract you signed with your insurance company.

We advise you should approach your bank or your insurer for further information.

However, you have to check that the validity of your insurance covers all the travel periods.

You invite an adherent to visit you in France, she must have:

• a valid passport

• a Schengen visa
• a bank statement
• a repatriation insurance
